Michael Crandall '05 Appointed Principal at Syndicated Equities

Michael Crandall has been appointed principal at Syndicated Equities. He will focus on working with private investors, participating in the firm's transactional efforts, developing joint venture partners, and developing strategic relationships with real estate buyers and sellers. Previously, Crandall was principal and general counsel of a real estate private equity firm. Prior to that, he served as an associate in DLA Piper's real estate group in Chicago, an analyst with Trizec Properties and a commercial real estate broker at Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler. Crandall has a Bachelor's degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison and a law degree from the University of Chicago Law School.
