Michael Bonarti '90 Joins New Jersey SEEDS Board of Trustees

New Jersey SEEDS, a nonprofit organization that changes lives through access to education, announced four new members have joined its Board of Trustees, each beginning three-year terms. The new Trustees are: Janice C. Beckmen; Michael A. Bonarti, Corporate Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, Automatic Data Processing, Inc.; Theodore Lubke, Chief Regulatory Reform Officer of the Securities Division at Goldman Sachs; and Lee Shavel, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. Mr. Bonarti serves as Corporate Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for ADP. He joined ADP in May 1997 as a Corporate/M&A attorney. In June 2010, ADP’s Board of Directors appointed Mr. Bonarti to the role of Corporate Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Previously, he was a corporate associate with Debevoise & Plimpton for three years and then with Shearman & Sterling for four years. He earned a juris doctorate degree from the University of Chicago Law School and a B.A., magna cum laude in economics with distinction in all subjects from Cornell University...
