Bradley Adds Partner Meghan McElvy to Houston Office

Bradley is pleased to announce that Meghan Dawson McElvy has joined the firm’s Houston office as a partner in the Construction Practice Group and Energy Practice Group.

“Meghan’s practice is concentrated on energy law, and we know her experience will add tremendous value to our team,” said Bradley Houston Office Managing Partner Robert Ford. “We are confident that Meghan’s work throughout Texas and at the national and international level involving litigation, arbitration and other regulatory matters will enhance the services we offer our clients.”

Ms. McElvy represents clients in a broad range of energy matters with a focus on energy litigation, including before state and federal courts, domestic and international arbitral tribunals, and governing state agencies. She routinely advises energy clients on disputes arising from virtually every aspect of the development of shale plays and horizontal drilling throughout Texas and the United States, including disputes involving oil and gas leases, joint operating agreements, participation agreements, royalty obligations, surface use agreements, mineral title, master services agreements with contractors, and commingling and allocation wells.
