Crain’s 2019 Notable Gen X Leaders in Law

Recently appointed Dentons’ first female U.S. managing partner, Mary Wilson is a national finance, health care law and tax-exempt organization lawyer. She is a member of Dentons’ U.S. board and a member of the firm’s U.S. Women’s LEAD network. In this capacity she has mentored women, helping them develop skills to advance their careers. In her finance practice, Wilson counsels and represents borrowers, underwriters, banks and issuers. As Chicago managing partner between 2012 and 2017, she played an integral role during a series of mergers that created the current firm. Wilson serves on the American Diabetes Association Chicago leadership board and the board of nonprofit KEEN Chicago.
