Lisa Neubauer defeats Paul Bugenhagen, keeps seat on Court of Appeals
Court of Appeals Judge Lisa Neubauer held off challenger Paul Bugenhagen Jr. to keep her longtime seat on the court's District II division in Waukesha.
With 90% of the vote counted, Neubauer held a 54% to 46% advantage.
Neubauer, who lost a close race to her Court of Appeals colleague Brian Hagedorn in the 2019 Supreme Court election, did not beat him in any of the 12 counties that make up District II.
