Leonardo Loo, ’96 Appointed to General Counsel of Arizona Hispanic Chamber

Leonardo Loo, ’96, a partner in Quarles & Brady’s Phoenix office, has been appointed to serve as general counsel for the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (“AZHCC”). In addition, he will serve on the chamber’s board of directors and executive committee.

Mr. Loo is a member of the Firm’s Corporate Services and China Law Practice Groups. He practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, international transactions, venture capital investments, securities, financing, and general corporate law involving clients in a wide variety of industries. Mr. Loo also serves on the board of directors of several organizations including Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc., Maricopa Community Colleges Foundation, Arizona Asian American Bar Association, HALO/Helping Animals Live On, Inc., and the Greater Phoenix Black Chamber of Commerce.

He earned his law degree from the University Chicago and his bachelor’s degree from Stanford University.
