The Wagner Law Group added a former Epstein Becker Green attorney with five decades of experience in employee benefits and tax matters to its Chicago office as a partner, the firm announced.

Lee T. Polk, formerly of counsel at Epstein, will work with clients on matters involving employee benefits, tax, employment and compensation, and corporate planning, Wagner said in a statement Wednesday.

"Lee is a highly accomplished [Employee Retirement Income Security Act] and employee benefits attorney with decades of experience in his areas of practice," said Marcia S. Wagner, founder and managing partner. "He is an outstanding addition to our firm, and we are delighted he is joining us."
