Lowenstein Sandler Expands Its Real Estate Practice with Addition of Partner Julia E. Sanabria and Counsels Stephanie A. Felix and Abram L. Seaman-Baldaro
Lowenstein Sandler has announced the expansion of its Real Estate practice group with the addition of new partner Julia E. Sanabria and new counsels Stephanie A. Felix and Abram L. Seaman-Baldaro. They will be based in the firm’s New York City office.
Sanabria represents clients in a wide range of real estate matters, with a particular focus on commercial leasing. Her clients include institutional and non-institutional clients in the leasing and subleasing of office and retail space throughout the United States. She has extensive experience with joint ventures, the origination and restructuring of mortgage and mezzanine loans, developments, and loan workouts; and she has negotiated commercial leases for a wide range of uses, including office, retail, medical, industrial, and studio.
