In addition, Ms. Bronson has held positions as the Chief Operating Officer of a New York-based hedge fund complex and as an attorney for Dickstein Shapiro in its securities litigation practice. Ms. Bronson received her bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri and her law degree from The University of Chicago.
