Hilary Krane '89 Named to General Counsel of Nike

Nike, Inc. announced that Hilary Krane is joining the company as Vice President and General Counsel.

Krane joins Nike from Levi Strauss & Company, where she had worked since 2006 as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Affairs. Krane brings global experience in corporate governance, securities, mergers and acquisitions, brand protection and government affairs. Before joining Levi Strauss, Krane was Partner and Assistant General Counsel for PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Krane graduated from Stanford University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and received her law degree from The University of Chicago Law School in 1989.
