Hayden Miller
Hayden is a member of the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution group. His practice focuses on high-stakes business disputes, including complex contract matters, corporate control and governance litigation, structured finance, and cross-border disputes in a wide range of industries, including digital assets and emerging technologies. He also maintains a significant restructuring practice, regularly representing unsecured creditors’ committees in large and heavily contested Chapter 11 cases. Hayden is based in our New York office.
