Eric Bensky '96 Elected Partner at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP

Eric A. Bensky, '96, has been named a partner in the litigation group of Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP. He focuses his practice on securities litigation, including civil, disciplinary and criminal proceedings and investigations before federal and state courts, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), various stock exchanges, and arbitration panels of FINRA and other self-regulatory organizations. He received his B.A., with high honors and high distinction, from the University of Michigan and his J.D., with honors, from the University of Chicago Law School.
