Elizabeth C. Wolicki and Brian E. Cohen Elevated to Partnership at Novack and Macey LLP
Novack and Macey LLP is pleased to announce that Elizabeth C. Wolicki and Brian E. Cohen have been promoted to the position of Partner, effective Jan. 1, 2020.
Co-founding partner Eric Macey noted, “I am pleased to welcome Elizabeth and Brian to Novack and Macey’s partnership. Their elevation is a result of their exceptional legal skills, collegiality, and dedication to client service and the ongoing success of the firm.”
Elizabeth concentrates her practice on commercial litigation involving real estate, breach of contract, trade secrets, partnership disputes, and antitrust matters. She represents individuals and businesses of all sizes in complex cases in federal and state courts and before arbitrators throughout the country. Elizabeth is a member of Novack and Macey's Women's Initiatives Group, a group dedicated to the professional development and advancement of the firm's female attorneys. Elizabeth graduated from Princeton University and received her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.
