Kluk Farber Law Welcomes New Head of M&A
New York – Kluk Farber Law, a dynamic boutique law firm, today proudly announces the addition of former Wachtell lawyer Eitan Hoenig to its partnership. Eitan will lead the firm’s fast-growing M&A practice, focusing on transactions in the technology, media, and consumer goods spaces.
Eitan has a wealth of experience advising entrepreneurs, investors, and companies (public and private) in a wide range of industries in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, divestiture and spin-off transactions, venture financings, capital markets transactions, workouts, proxy contests, and complex commercial agreements. He regularly advises boards of directors on securities and investment company matters, corporate governance, executive succession, takeover defense, and general corporate law.
Eitan also brings to Kluk Farber the practical skills he developed as Director of Strategy & Legal at Idion, a life sciences company that developed a patented, ultra-thin, biocompatible, skin-applied identification technology for use by healthcare institutions.
