Corporate Lab in ABA Criminal Justice Section Newsletter
One of the first international endeavors of the CJS was the establishment of the Global Anti-Corruption Task Force (co-chairs Andrew S. Boutros and T. Markus Funk). In the second year since inception, the Task Force has had another dynamic year characterized by significant accomplishments.
As part of its online publication function the Task Force published a widely-heralded Special Report on Corporate Compliance. The Special Report was authored by the University of Chicago Corporate Lab, in conjunction with Microsoft.
