Mayer Brown LLP announced Monday it has hired a former Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison LLP associate to focus on merger and acquisition transactions for public companies.
Camila Panama is joining Mayer Brown's corporate and securities practice as a partner in New York.
"It's not every day that you have the opportunity to be a key part of growing such a dynamic practice," Panama told Law360 Pulse on Tuesday.
