Brady Mickelsen '99 Joins White & Case as M&A Partner

Brady Mickelsen, '99, former vice president and associate general counsel for Oracle Corp., has joined White & Case as a mergers and acquisitions partner in the firm's Silicon Valley office.

Before moving to Oracle in 2005, Mickelson was at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, which he joined in 1999. He advised public and private clients with initial public offerings, venture and private equity investments, public filings under federal securities laws, and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and NYSE and NASDAQ corporate governance and disclosure requirements.

He also advised clients about general corporate matters, including litigation, licensing and other intellectual property transactions, commercial and service contracts, and regulatory issues.
