Baker McKenzie Expands Securities Litigation Team in Los Angeles

Counsel and associates join growing US Securities Litigation & Government Enforcement practice

Baker McKenzie continues to expand the securities litigation and enforcement team with the additions of five standout lawyers. Of Counsel Aaron Goodman and Ben Turner join the Firm from DLA Piper along with associates Thomas Tysowsky, a recent Vanderbilt University Law School graduate and Sara Pitt from Pepper Hamilton LLP. The group will be joined by another associate coming later in the month in Los Angeles. 

Ben advises major corporations, CEOs and foreign entities on a broad range of litigation issues and cross-border disputes including nationwide securities class actions, white collar criminal defense, and the immunities of foreign governments and government officials. A former judicial law clerk for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Ben has extensive experience briefing winning appeals in both federal and state court, particularly in defense of consumer class actions.
