Andrew Spruiell '12 Joins Ireland Stapleton

Denver-based business law firm Ireland Stapleton Pryor & Pascoe added Andrew Spruiell as an associate.

Spruiell’s practice will focus on business and real-estate law. He works with private and public companies as well as individuals on business planning matters including restructuring, reorganization, shareholder agreements, executive compensation agreements and purchase of sale agreements.

Prior to joining Ireland Stapleton, Spruiell clerked for law firms in Dallas and New York, and he interned for the committee staff of the Oklahoma House of Representatives and Congressman Silvestre Reyes on Capitol Hill. He earned his law degree from the University of Chicago, and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma.
