Scott Vanderlin

Scott Vanderlin provides a wide range of services related to research, teaching, and learning. Prior to coming to the University of Chicago, Scott was the Associate Director for Research and Instructional Services at the Chicago-Kent College of Law Library. While at Chicago-Kent, Scott designed interactive QR codes for library resources and created videos to illustrate legal research concepts, as well as the library tour video. Before arriving at Chicago-Kent, he was a Reference Associate and taught first year legal research for three years at the Pritzker Legal Research Center at Northwestern University School of Law.

Scott is an active member of the Chicago Association of Law Libraries (CALL), where he currently serves on the Executive Board. He won the 2012 CALL award for Outstanding In-House Publication for his QR Code displays.
