Richard F. Friedman is a member of the managing group with the Chicago law firm of Neal & Leroy, LLC, where he practices in the fields of land use, municipal law, condemnation and historic preservation. He frequently represents clients in both state and federal litigation. Mr. Friedman also has been principal attorney in more than one hundred appeals in Illinois and federal courts.
Mr. Friedman is the author of treatise chapters on condemnation law and historic preservation law and has frequently lectured on these subjects.
Mr. Friedman is a graduate of the Law School, where he has taught seminars on zoning and historic preservation law.
