Join Chaturanga Holistic Fitness instructor Clara Mitchell for an introduction to restorative yoga, with an emphasis on poses and stretches for individuals who spend most of their days sitting down.  If you have a mat, please feel free to bring one, although they are not required.  Sponsored by the Office of the Dean of Students.  This program also qualifies for 10 Keystone points.
