Professor Shen Kui of Peking University Law School is one of the leading scholars of administrative law, constitutional law, and food & drug regulation in China. He participated in several critical legal reforms in the past decades. Professor Shen was Vice Dean of Peking University Law School from 2005 to 2013 and is currently Director of the Research Center of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law at Peking University Law School. For 2017-2018, Professor Shen is a Fulbright Visiting Research Scholar at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He received his Ph.D, Master of Law and BA of Law from Peking University. 

Professor Shen Kui will share his insights on administrative law in China and how it works.
