Wellness Wednesday Program: The Case for Mindfulness

The life of a law student can seem overwhelming and stressful at times, with a never-ending stream of demands and distractions!  Can mindfulness help?  Yes!  Multiple sources of research in the emerging fields of contemplative neuroscience and psychology have provided empirical evidence that cultivating a mindfulness practice leads to three key benefits:  enhanced attention, improved resilience, and increased self-awareness.

Please join Robin Ross, Executive Director of the Doctoroff Business Leadership Program, to learn more about the neuroscience of mindfulness and how you can incorporate mindfulness in your daily routine to improve your attention, manage your stress more effectively, and increase your overall sense of well-being.

Time: 12:15 – 1:20 p.m.

Location: Room IV

Lunch will be provided.
