Michael B. Brennan is a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He was nominated to the court by President Donald Trump on August 3, 2017. He received his commission on May 11, 2018.

At the time of his nomination, he was a partner in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin-based office of Gass, Weber, Mullins LLC.
