Virtual Presence During a Pandemic is a one-hour lecture, with discussion, on thriving in online classes, meetings, and professional conversations.

Presented by Marsha Hunter, specialist in legal communication, learn how can you avoid Zoom fatigue, and make online interactions more energetic and productive. Explore technical issues of appearing online, so you may find your professional presence on camera. Which techniques from in-person communications transfer well to a computer screen? Eye contact, gesture, and controlling the pace of your speech are fundamentals of good speaking, but how do you make them happen online? Accompanying the lecture is a checklist of how to prepare for the best online presence.

This is essential programming. Sponsored by Schiff Hardin.
