Martin Sabelli is the President Elect of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Before starting his own law firm, he served as a federal public defender and as a partner at Winston & Strawn in San Francisco. He has represented individuals in state and federal courts in a wide range of civil and criminal cases, from white collar criminal prosecutions to death-penalty matters. Mr. Sabelli received his degrees from Harvard College, the London School of Economics and Political Science, and Yale Law School before clerking for the late Honorable Robert F. Peckham of the Northern District of California.
