Presenting student organizations: International Law Society

Ludovic Hood is the Special Advisor to Vice President Harris for the Middle East and North Africa; from July 2019 to January 2021 he served in the same capacity for Vice President Pence. He is on detail from the Department of State, where he has been a foreign service officer since 2006. Mr. Hood will reflect on his experiences serving as a career diplomat as well as the recent transition of power between presidential administrations.
