Join the Muslim Law Students Association for a discussion with Mariko Hirose, the Litigation Director at IRAP. IRAP v. Trump was a Fourth Circuit decision that upheld the injunction against enforcing the travel ban. The constitutionally of the travel ban, now in its third iteration, was recently upheld by the Supreme Court on June 28, 2018. How does the ban work? Who is affected? Is it really a "Muslim ban?"
