This event is organized by the Kreisman Initiative on Housing Law and Policy at the University of Chicago Law School, which brings together the best housing researchers at the University of Chicago to engage the real estate, public policy, and financial communities. The Initiative is codirected by Lee Fennell, Max Pam Professor of Law at the Law School, and Benjamin Keys, Assistant Professor at the Harris School of Public Policy.
