Stephen Ritchie, '88
Stephen L. Ritchie is a partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis. Steve's practice is concentrated in the areas of complex business transactions, with a particular focus on structuring, negotiating and managing the legal aspects of mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, venture capital and growth equity investments, restructurings and workouts. He has also served as lead counsel in the representation of numerous portfolio companies of private equity funds

Sara Dasse, '00
Sara Dasse, Partner and Senior Compliance Officer at Adams Street Partners. She is responsible for the firm’s global regulatory compliance program and is a member of Adams Street’s Charitable Giving Committee.

Mark Tresnowski
Mark Tresnowski is a Managing Director and MDP's General Counsel. Prior to joining MDP, Mark was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and also Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Allegiance Telecom Inc., a portfolio company of MDCPII. Mark is on the Boards of Directors of the American Investment Council, Center for Furniture Craftsmanship and Court Theatre and on the Board of Trustees of Children’s Home + Aid.

Christian McGrath, '94
Mr. Christian B. McGrath, J.D., serves as the General Counsel and Managing Director at GTCR, LLC. Mr. McGrath joined the firm in 2007 as a General Counsel and also served as its Chief Compliance Officer. Previously, Mr. McGrath worked at Sara Lee Corporation and Latham & Watkins. He holds a J.D. with honors, from the University of Chicago and a B.A. from Stanford University.
