Vandhana Bala, General Counsel of Mercy for Animals, will be joining us for a conversation about fighting animal abuse. Ms. Bala oversaw the growth of Mercy for Animals from a five-person activist group to an international nonprofit. She will be discussing the undercover work that goes into identifying animal abusers and holding them accountable. Ms. Bala will also be addressing the relationship between Mercy for Animals and local law enforcement agencies that work to prevent such abuse.
