This Diversity Month program organized by Neighbors features a discussion about the University of Chicago's history of racial discrimination against the surrounding community, including such topics as racial restrictive covenants in leases.  Neighbors is pleased to host Timuel Black, a respected scholar and Chicago historymaker with extensive knowledge and understanding of the South Side's history.
