Daniel Griswold is a Senior Research Fellow at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. Before this, he was the president of the National Association of Foreign-Trade Zones and director for Trade Policy Studies at Cato. He is also the author of the book Mad about Trade: Why Main Street America Should Embrace Globalization. He has authored numerous articles on free trade and has testified before the Senate and House on trade policy. Mr. Griswold received his bachelors from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and a master’s degree in the Politics of the World Economy from the London School of Economics.

Professor Dhammika Dharmapala is the Julius Kreeger Professor of Law at the University of Chicago. He writes on issues of international law, tax, and law and economics. He serves as Co-Editor of the Journal of Law and Economics, and is an International Research Fellow of the Oxford University Centre for Business Taxation and a fellow of the CESifo Research Network. He received his B.Ec and M.Ec from University of Western Australia and his PHD from the University of Berkeley.
