This symposium will start with as short introductory lecture by Professor Ben-Shahar highlighting the new methodological opportunities for research in the area of "Big Data and the Law." Selected researchers in law, economics, accounting and finance will then be invited to present their research papers / projects in the law and technology field and solicit feedback from the audience.
