This will be a discussion with Professor Sarah Konsky, Associate Clinical Professor of Law and Director of the Jenner & Block Supreme Court and Appellate Clinic, and Elizabeth Martinez, an associate working in the Alternative Investments group at Milbank LLP. The goal of this conversation will be to lay out the basics of what litigation and corporate practices look like as well as to compare the two, so it will be particularly useful for 1Ls trying to determine where their interests lie.
