Daniel Suhr is a Senior Attorney at the Liberty Justice Center. He received his B.A. and J.D. from Marquette University and master’s degrees from Georgetown University Law Center and the University of Missouri-Columbia. He clerked for Judge Diane Sykes of the Seventh Circuit and previously worked for Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker as policy director and deputy legal counsel. 

Nick Reaves serves as legal counsel at Becket. He focuses his practice on First Amendment and appellate litigation and has argued multiple cases in federal appellate and district courts. Mr. Reaves received his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. He clerked for Chief Judge D. Brooks Smith on the Third Circuit and previously worked at an international law firm in Washington, D.C.
