The Law of the Land is proud to welcome Jeff Leslie and Jana Barbe for the first in our “Reassessing Re-urbanization” series, which will explore how the pandemic has impacted urbanization trends and policies. On Monday, we'll explore impacts on the affordable housing landscape.

Jana Barbe (JD '87) heads the Tax Oriented Investments Group at Dentons. She is an authority on low-income housing tax credits and was both the first woman to chair Dentons’s preeminent Real Estate Group and first firm-wide Vice Chair from the US. Jeff Leslie directs the Housing Initiative Transactional Clinic at the Law School. Prior to teaching, Jeff handled affordable housing transactions as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Chicago.
