Join Law of the Land to hear from Michelle Gilbert, Legal and Policy Director for the Law Center for Better Housing (LCBH), about LCBH’s work assisting tenants facing eviction in Illinois. More specifically, Michelle will discuss LCBH’s work last summer assisting tenants after an Illinois law (COVID-19 Emergency Housing Act) temporarily made it easier to seal old eviction records.
