Andreas Baum is an investment officer at Tenor Capital Management in New York, where he focuses on investments involving large disputes arising from alleged breaches of international law by sovereign governments.  Before joining Tenor, Andreas spent several years as a litigation and international arbitration associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed. During his time as an associate, Andreas represented claimants in various investment treaty arbitrations against sovereigns across Asia, South America, and Europe.

Andreas graduated from the Law School in 2012. While at the Law School, Andreas was a co-founder and active member of the Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot team and served on Legal Forum. He was also a board member of the Hemingway Society.
