International Law Society presents, "International Arbitration: Arbitrator Decision-making" with Edna Sussman
Edna Sussman practices full time as an arbitrator and mediator. She has handled well over 100 arbitrations under many arbitration rules both institutional and ad-hoc, and serves as a court and IMI certified mediator with similarly extensive experience.
From 2003-2008 Ms. Sussman was counsel to the firm of Hoguet Newman Regal & Kenney LLP, a litigation boutique in New York City. From 1987-2002 she litigated, developed her arbitration and mediation practice and served as the Director for Public Affairs for State Assemblywoman Audrey Hochberg and as the Executive Director of Federated Conservationsists of Westchester County Inc. Prior to that she was at White & Case LLP as a litigation partner from 1981-87. She received her JD from Columbia Law School in 1973.
