Informational meeting for Spanish speaking volunteers - UN Right to Health Project
11/2
Open to the public
The Human Rights Law Society is seeking Spanish speaking volunteers to participate in the Global Health Rights Litigation Project (GHRLP) under United Nations Special Rapporteur on the Right to Health Anand Grover. A UofC Law alumnus is working on this project and has asked for some help from current students!
Volunteers will receive pro bono credit under the Public Interest Law and Policy program.
The principle aim of the project (funded by Ford Foundation) is to create an online database and manual for health law practitioners that compiles health law from every jurisdiction in the world!! The project needs help with analysis and relevant translation of cases from Latin America.
If you speak Spanish, want some great experience dealing with health law, human rights law and/or the UN, please come to the information meeting.
