Bruce Reed served for more than a decade as a top White House policy adviser in both the Clinton and Obama administrations and is a current Fellow at the University of Chicago Institute of Politics. He will briefly present the key concepts that underlie his weekly "Hacks and Wonks" seminar before answering student questions.
