International law scholar Curtis A. Bradley will discuss his new book, “Historical Gloss and Foreign Affairs: Constitutional Authority in Practice.” Professor Paul B. Stephan ’77 will introduce Bradley. Copies of the book will be available for purchase from Courts and Commerce. Food will be available on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at 11:45 a.m.
