Please join the attendees of the 2023 Law of Policing Conference for an informative chat with Associate Attorney General Vanita Gupta about the challenges of contemporary policing led by Professor from Practice Sharon Fairley. AAG Gupta is the 19th United States Associate Attorney General and serves as the third-ranking official at the Department of Justice supervising multiple litigating divisions within the Department of Justice, including the Civil Division, Civil Rights Division, Antitrust Division, Tax Division, and Environmental and Natural Resources Division. AAG Gupta headed DOJ’s civil rights division under the Obama administration.  Prior to her government career, AAG Gupta was an accomplished civil rights litigator with the ACLU and NAACP Legal Defense and Education Fund.
