Ryan Dahl, Andriana Georgallas, John Singh, and Professor Anthony Casey will be on a panel to discuss the groundbreaking syncreon Group Holdings B.V. cross-border restructuring they recently worked on. The case involved over $1 billion in funded debt and syncreon’s restructuring is proceeding through an English scheme of arrangement pursuant to the Companies Act 2006 and further involves ancillary processes in the United States and Canada.
