An Event for LL.M. Students: European Opportunities for Capital Markets Lawyers

Practicing as a US-qualified lawyer in Europe and how to build a career in capital markets and leveraged finance.

Representatives of Latham & Watkins’ London office will discuss opportunities for US qualified lawyers in Europe relating to the representation of investment banks, private equity firms and corporations on a range of transactions spanning international securities offerings, acquisitions financings and recapitalizations.

The discussion will include their prior transactional experience, recent market developments, what makes these practice areas exciting as well as the skills required for US LL.M graduates to succeed.
