Hans von Spakovsky is the manager of the Heritage Foundation's Election Law Reform Initiative as well as a senior legal fellow at the Meese Center for Legal and Judicial Studies. He has written extensively about campaign finance restrictions, voter fraud and voter ID, enforcement of federal voting rights laws, administration of elections, and voting equipment standards. He is the co-author of the book Who's Counting?: How Fraudsters and Bureaucrats Put Your Vote at Risk. He has been a member of the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election integrity since 2017 and previously served as a member of the Federal Election Commission.
