Michael is a highly respected law enforcement and police reform subject matter expert, and will be speaking on the report he and his Steptoe colleagues recently completed regarding a gun tracing scandal in the Baltimore Police Department. The Diversity Scholar Speaker Series brings together members of our law school community to discuss topics varying in subject that promote diversity, equity and inclusion. Students are encouraged to engage in dialogue with invited guests. This event is co-sponsored by the Criminal Law Society.
