Kristin Fleschner is a professional speaker who uses her personal story of blindness as well her love of travel, animals, and sports to bring people together and inspire them to reach for their dreams. In the midst of losing her sight, Kristin attended Harvard Law School, where she received the Dean’s Leadership Award for her work on universal design and accessibility issues on campus.  

A powerful advocate for equal opportunities for all, she has worked with people with disabilities, women, and LGBTI individuals. Kristin also worked in the federal government at the intersection of national security and human rights issues for nearly 11 years.
